The Legal Services You Need. The Price You Can Afford. Your Hometown Lawyer.

Getting To Know Me And Finding Out How I Can Help

There are a lot of firms who advertise that they are in Hershey, and while the attorneys may take clients from our town, few attorneys are from here and actually live here. I am from here. I do live here.

My passion for the law lies in my ability to help people use the law to live a better life. This may mean helping you plan to protect your assets and be able to leave a legacy. It may mean helping you understand your options so that you can clear debt and move forward financially after a setback. I offer personal and customized plans. I am accessible, work with you one-on-one, and I am here to answer your questions.

My Deep Roots In Hershey

I grew up in Hershey and graduated from Hershey High in 1997. I earned my B.A. from Pennsylvania State University with a major in journalism and a minor in sociology.  At Penn State, I earned top 20 national rankings for my broadcast journalism work.

I worked at the Hershey Medical Center in the records department and then went to Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. During law school, I interned for Judge Kim Gibson in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and was a member of the Appellate moot court team and the moot court board. I earned a certificate in dispute resolution and advocacy and am a certified Miller Center public interest advocate.

I worked for several large firms in Philadelphia, eventually spending six years at one of the country’s largest plaintiff-side securities litigation firms. In 2014, I went to work at the Miller Law Group in Berks County. While there, I had a general practice, including representing clients in bankruptcy, family law, collections, civil litigation, immigration and employment law. Today, I live in Hershey with my wife, Kelli, and my sons, Aeneas and Tarik. I travel, get out to golf and stay in to watch sports.

Giving Back To My Community And Peers

I’ve taught continuing legal education courses on business valuations, family law, trusts and estates, legal technology and finding free information on the web. I’m one of the few attorneys who will explore all options for debt relief with you, not just bankruptcy. Check out my blog for more information.

Reach out to me by calling 717-707-5611 or sending me an email with your question or concern. I serve clients throughout Hershey and the surrounding communities.
